Our Fast Start Chocolate Shakes are ideal if you'd like to try the new Fast Start program or need a top-up supply of meal replacements while transitioning to the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet. Each pack includes:

Fast Start Shakes offer an easy and convenient way to boost early weight loss. When used in conjunction with the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet online program, Fast Start will help you get off to a strong start before transitioning to whole foods to continue your weight loss.
This pack provides enough Shakes for 1 to 2 weeks on the Fast Start program, depending on whether you are in the first 3 weeks of the program using 2 shakes a day or gradually transitioning to Total Wellbeing Diet using 1 Shake a day.
The Fast Start Chocolate Shakes are:
- Gluten free
- Excellent source of fibre
- Contain no artificial colours, flavours, or sweeteners
Fast Start is not suitable for breastfeeding women. If you are over 65 or have a health condition, check with your doctor before starting the Fast Start program.

Shipping of Garmin products
Please note: Garmin products are unable to be shipped to a PO Box at this time. Shipping is included in the cost of the product.

Refund of faulty goods policy
If you receive a product from the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet Shop that is faulty or damaged we will refund or exchange for a working replacement if:
- You notify the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet Member Services Team within 14 days of receiving your product.
*Please be aware you are responsible for the return postage of the product.
- Provide photographic evidence of damage.
We will only approve and process an exchange/refund if these requirements are met. We will not exchange or refund a product due to customers change of mind.
What is “faulty” or “damaged”
“Faulty” or “damaged” is equivalent to “Major problems” as per the policies and regulations of the Australian competition and Consumer Commission.
