The CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet: Complete Recipe Collection Book
About The Book
The CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet Complete Recipe Collection brings together the best recipes from our first four books, with TWD favourites as well as wonderfully easy recipes that take precious little time to prepare. All these recipes are based on the same principles of the TWD, which has been so successful for many thousands of Australians who have wanted to eat better and watch their waistlines. Every year, more and more international research confirms that a diet higher in protein has many benefits - from helping to control hunger to reducing the amount of muscle and bone loss that can occur when dieting, as well as providing a rich concentration of nutrient when kilojoules are being counted. A very large international study has shown that a higher protein diet that is combined with low glycaemic index (GI) carbohydrates is best for maintenance of weight loss.
