Garmin Index™ S2 Smart Scales is Wi-Fi connected, allowing you to wirelessly sync your data to Garmin Connect. From your computer or on your compatible mobile device, Garmin Connect lets you see your data in more detail and review your progress against your goals. Up to 16 people can be recognized by the smart scale and have their body composition metrics automatically uploaded directly to their own Garmin Connect accounts.

Please note: Garmin products are unable to be shipped to a PO Box at this time. Shipping is included in the cost of the product.

Refund of faulty goods policy

If you receive a product from the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet Shop that is faulty or damaged we will refund or exchange for a working replacement if:

- You notify the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet Member Services Team within 14 days of receiving your product.
*Please be aware you are responsible for the return postage of the product.

- Provide photographic evidence of damage.

We will only approve and process an exchange/refund if these requirements are met. We will not exchange or refund a product due to customers change of mind.

What is “faulty” or “damaged”

“Faulty” or “damaged” is equivalent to “Major problems” as per the policies and regulations of the Australian competition and Consumer Commission.
